Submersible pumps for recovery of waste materials
Two Dragflow submersible pumps are successfully used in a treatment plant for material extracted from copper and polymetallic mines.
Problem
The submersible pumps were supposed to clean and recover waste materials in the mining process. Furthermore, it was necessary to recover the unprocessed material due to machine stops or emergency unloading. The customer needs a reliable system capable of pumping solids with very high specific weight.
Solution
For this type of work, we suggest using a combination of two electric submersible pumps: the EL35 and EL606. The EL606 pump is equipped with a cooling jacket, allowing it to function even when partially submerged. Additionally, it has temperature and humidity sensors that guarantee maximum reliability in all situations.
