Industrial cleaning with remote controlled dredge
Industrial cleaning can be a problem both in terms of costs and in terms of the safety of the operators involved. In this industrial plant it was necessary to intervene on the collection basin of the processing sediments.
Problem
The main request of the customer was to have an automated, safe, economic dredging system. The aim was to make recurrent industrial cleaning more sustainable and to reduce the risk of operations.
Solution
We offered the customer a remote controlled dredge DRP. Only one operator needed who works safely. The dredger is equipped with a Dragflow pump with a high concentration of solids capable of resisting for a long time by pumping abrasive mixtures.
