With the implementation of an integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System, Dragflow Srl assumes a commitment through which it aims to ensure the quality of its orders to meet customer expectations and to commit to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in environmental and workplace safety matters.

To this end, given compliance with the laws in force, the technical-contractual regulations, and those concerning product safety, workplace safety and environmental protection, we decided to establish and maintain an Integrated Management program for planning and control of all activities that influence quality, the Environment and Safety. Responsibility for the System's establishment, application and maintenance is entrusted to competent people who avail themselves of the collaboration of the Quality Area manager, the Environment area manager and the RSPP for the application, who operate in a separate line of authority over production.
The managers of the Quality, Environment and Safety Area have the authority and organizational freedom to:
- Promote the actions necessary to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities of the product, service, process and quality, environment and safety system.
- Identify and record any problems regarding the product, service, process, quality and environment system.
- Initiate, propose or provide solutions through established channels.
- Verify the implementation of the solutions.
- Monitor
subsequent processing or delivery of the non-conforming product until
the shortage or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
All company personnel are obliged to act in accordance with the provisions of this manual and the procedures referred to in it.
