Pumping of materials from mining basins

The need was to maintain the capacity of the reservoirs located inside the plant. The customer needed a system that would allow the material to be removed quickly using the equipment already available on site.

We have proposed a HY85/160 hydraulic pump to be attached to a crawler excavator, which could move between the various settling basins. The pump was equipped with two hydraulic excavators and a jet ring system that allows to break even particularly compact material. With this configuration the pump can start working even with a limited amount of water. As often happens, our service has provided training to mine employees, in order to instruct them on the correct use and regular maintenance of the pump.
